By engaging Rank Bloom Outreach for guest posting services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include guest post placement, content creation, publisher outreach, and related link-building activities.
We commit to delivering guest post placements within the agreed-upon timeframe. Standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks from content approval. Rush services may be available for an additional fee. We provide live link reports with URLs and screenshots upon publication.
Unless otherwise agreed, content created for your campaign becomes your intellectual property upon payment. However, once published on a third-party site, that publisher retains hosting rights per their editorial policies.
Payment is required before placement begins unless otherwise agreed for agency partners. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire payments. Refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver agreed-upon placements meeting quality standards.
All placements meet stated DA/traffic metrics at time of publication. If a publisher fails to meet our quality standards, we provide an alternative placement at no cost. We monitor links for the agreed-upon period and work to restore any that go down.
Clients must provide accurate information about their business and websites. You're responsible for ensuring your sites comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal, unethical, or harmful products/services.
Rank Bloom Outreach is not responsible for Google algorithm changes, ranking fluctuations, or publisher policy changes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking improvements.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Completed placements are non-refundable. In-progress work will be completed or prorated as appropriate.
