Rank Bloom Outreach is a link-building service provider serving clients internationally, including clients in the United States and other countries.

Our services primarily include guest posts, niche edits, and related backlink services for SEO professionals, digital marketers, AI companies, SaaS businesses, and technology brands.

We provide backlink and link-building services through relevant publishing websites and other agreed placements.

Depending on the service purchased, we may assist with:

• Website research
• Publisher outreach
• Placement negotiation
• Guest post content
• Niche edit placements
• Backlink placement
• Indexing support
• Placement reporting

The exact service, website, backlink attributes, pricing, and delivery expectations may vary depending on the order.

To complete an order, clients may need to provide:

1. Target URL
2. Preferred anchor text
3. Preferred topic
4. Website or business information
5. Any specific content requirements

Clients may also provide their own content if they prefer.

If the client asks Rank Bloom Outreach to create the content, we may use a combination of AI-assisted tools and human research, editing, and quality control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information, URLs, claims, trademarks, and other materials they provide are accurate and lawful.

Depending on the project and agreement, Rank Bloom Outreach may require either:

• Full payment upfront, or
• A partial payment upfront, such as 50%, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed payment terms.

Payment requirements will be communicated to the client before work begins.

Because our payments are handled manually, clients will receive payment instructions directly from Rank Bloom Outreach.

If Rank Bloom Outreach receives payment but does not perform or provide the agreed service, the client may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that service.

Refund eligibility may depend on the specific circumstances of the order.

A refund will not automatically apply where the agreed service has been completed or a backlink has been successfully placed.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us so we can review the order and resolve the matter.

We work with publishers and website owners to arrange placements before completing an order whenever possible.

Because we generally confirm opportunities with publishers before offering them to clients, we aim to provide placements that are available for the agreed campaign.

However, publisher circumstances can sometimes change.

If a selected website becomes unavailable before completion, Rank Bloom Outreach may offer the client a comparable alternative website based on the campaign requirements.

We will work with the client to find a suitable solution rather than simply leaving the order incomplete.

Unless otherwise agreed, our standard backlink placements generally use dofollow links.

If a client specifically requests a nofollow link, we can provide a nofollow placement where the publisher and placement allow it.

The backlink attributes will be based on what was agreed for the specific order.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific placement, Rank Bloom Outreach provides a 1-year guarantee on qualifying backlinks.

Our goal is for placements to remain live for the long term, and we aim for links to remain live beyond the guarantee period. However, the 1-year period is the period for which we provide our guarantee.

If a qualifying backlink is removed or becomes unavailable during the applicable guarantee period due to an issue covered by the guarantee, we will work with the client to resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement placement where reasonably possible.

The guarantee applies to the agreed backlink placement and does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other business results.

We cooperate with clients who need reasonable changes or removal requests.

Once content has been correctly published, changes or removal may become difficult because the publication is controlled by the publisher.

If a client requests a change or removal due to a legitimate issue, we will contact the relevant publisher and make a reasonable effort to assist.

We cannot guarantee that a publisher will approve every requested change or removal.

Where indexing is included or agreed as part of a service, Rank Bloom Outreach may provide indexing support or take reasonable steps to encourage search-engine indexing.

Search engines ultimately control whether and when a page or backlink is indexed.

Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific indexing timeframe.

Backlinks can be an important part of an SEO strategy, but they are only one factor among many that influence search-engine performance.

Rank Bloom Outreach does not guarantee:

• Specific Google rankings
• A specific increase in Domain Authority or Domain Rating
• Specific organic traffic increases
• Leads or sales
• Revenue increases
• A specific position in search results

SEO performance can also depend on factors such as website quality, technical SEO, content, competition, search-engine algorithm changes, user behavior, and overall SEO strategy.

Our responsibility is to provide the agreed backlink service according to the terms of the order.

Content created or supplied for publication must comply with applicable laws and the requirements of the target publisher.

We may refuse, modify, or request changes to content that is:

• Illegal
• Deceptive or misleading
• Spammy
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harmful or abusive
• Inconsistent with the publisher's requirements

Rank Bloom Outreach may use AI-assisted tools as part of content production, combined with human review, editing, and quality control.

Rank Bloom Outreach does not accept campaigns involving illegal, deceptive, adult, gambling, malware-related, or other restricted activities.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the campaign, website, content, or requested placement falls within a category that we do not support.

We manually research and evaluate websites before recommending placements.

Our evaluation may consider factors including:

• Domain Authority
• Domain Rating
• Organic traffic
• Authority Score
• Content quality
• Spam Score
• Search-engine indexing
• Relevance to the campaign

These metrics are used as evaluation signals and do not represent a guarantee of future SEO performance.

Third-party SEO metrics can change over time and are outside our control.

Once an article or backlink is published, the publisher controls the website and its content.

Publisher policies, website changes, ownership changes, technical issues, search-engine decisions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect a placement.

Where an issue occurs within the applicable guarantee period, Rank Bloom Outreach will make reasonable efforts to resolve it according to our Link Guarantee.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing important campaign details before publication.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their website, products, services, claims, trademarks, and other materials comply with applicable laws.

Clients should notify Rank Bloom Outreach of any errors or concerns as soon as possible.

Our goal is to complete every order according to the agreed requirements.

If a particular publisher or placement becomes unavailable, we may propose a comparable alternative.

We will communicate with the client and work toward a reasonable solution based on the original campaign requirements.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Rank Bloom Outreach, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

Unless otherwise agreed, content created specifically for a client as part of a paid service may be used for the agreed publication and campaign.

Clients must not provide materials that they do not have the legal right to use.

Rank Bloom Outreach provides link-building services with reasonable care and according to the agreed scope of each order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rank Bloom Outreach is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from changes in search-engine algorithms, rankings, traffic, revenue, publisher actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or services after an update means that the updated Terms may apply to your continued use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.
