Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver agreed-upon placements meeting quality standards. This means:
- We cannot secure a placement meeting your specified requirements (DA, traffic, niche)
- The publisher fails to meet our quality standards at time of publication
- We are unable to provide an alternative placement that meets your requirements
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed placements that have been published and delivered
- Content creation services if content has been delivered (even if not yet published)
- Services cancelled by the client after work has begun
- Placements that go down after publication due to publisher policy changes or site closures
- Ranking improvements or SEO results (we make no guarantees regarding specific ranking improvements)
Alternative Placements
If a publisher fails to meet our quality standards, we will first attempt to provide an alternative placement from our network that matches your requirements. Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a suitable alternative.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of the issue occurring
- Provide details about why the placement did not meet requirements
- Allow us 5-7 business days to review and respond
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for in-progress work that cannot be completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and prorated based on work completed.
